Like a load of folk I use Ikea's Alex drawer system to organise my popular studed toys bricks ;-)

I also use Ikea's Nojig trays to sort the bricks, fitting twelve 20mm x 10mm trays with twelve 10mm x 10mm trays inside / on top of those meaning a total of 24 nested trays per drawer.

This allows me to easily expand by removing the smaller tray as I get more of a certain part.

However for some parts that I have very few of, even the smallest 10mm x 10mm Nojig tray is too large.

So I designed these dividers to split the smallest tray into halves or quarters.

The trays just need to be functional and my preference is to use as little filament as possible.

I originally designed the trays with a thickness of 0.4mm on the bottom and sides for my original Creality Ender 3.

It printed but it wasn't pretty and had a horrible grouping on one of the edges.

This original model wouldn't print on Bambu Studio at all until I set it to the 0.2 nozzle which I didn't yet have.

So I completely redesigned the model so it worked with the standard 0.4 nozzle that shipped with my Bambu Lab A1.

The walls were now 0.88mm and the base is still 0.4m.

When I got my 0.2 nozzle I updated the redesign to go back to the 0.4 walls.

Personally I prefer the thinner one but I already have the thicker model so may as well upload it in case someone else prefers it, or it suits their needs better.

9 (3 x 3) dividers fit on the build plate.

But every time I've tried to print it in that configuration, one fails and then takes out the rest.

If someone more experience than I wants to advise why that's happenin and how to stop it, I'd be more than willing to listen.

Could probably dial down the print speed but then I might as well print less faster.

4 (2 x 2) seems to print rock solid.
