The file 'Ikea Låddan Toolboard Conversion Parts 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 1.6MB.
These are a couple of different parts that can be used to convert an Ikea Låddan children's bathroom storage board into a small tool board (link to Ikea USA page).
While not as a versatile as an actual pegboard, it still works in a pinch. Extra cred if you can attach it to a suitable surface in your work space using the intended vacuum suckers (I could not and instead resorted to screws). Save the little baskets that come with your Låddan as they are still useful for tools, screws, electronics components and other things like that!
I made four different parts:
The first is a base holder that is likely not very useful except as a model to modify for your own ends (no CAD files though, sorry, you'll have to resort to other ways).
The second is a generic hook that is useful for all sorts of different things (as hooks usually are). Use it for cutters, pliers, tongues, anything with a hole in it that you can hang it from.
Third is a solid piece with a hole through it. I'm using it to hold screwdrivers, but the possibilities are endless here just as with the hook.
I printed the pieces with PLA and 100% infill at 0.2 mm resolution. This is sort of rough, and probably overkill with the infill percentage, but it works really well and holds quite sturdy. For very heavy things you may need to branch out to other materials.
If you like this design or even made your own please do tell me, as it'd make my day. :)
