Summary

I wanted to repair Ivar boards and to build new boards (same size or other size)

The solution was to make only the end part of boards (the part that need to get on the metal pins)

You need to use 5mm screws (ask me if you want an iteration with other hole size)
I use 5x50 wood screw.

For 30cmX boards, you can print it diagonally on almost any printer, for 50cmX boards, you may need to print them in two parts to fit.

It need to be printed with screws holes vertically to maintain best strength and support for pin pocket, PETG is preferable for strength.

You also need the wood board, preferably 18mm minimum.
You may want to build partial depth board, I think that's possible but haven't tried yet

I also designed printable pins for ivar shelves that are strong enough for almost anything so feel free to print them if you can't get some out of metal.
