For those of you, like me that have the older Expedit Shelf and want to retro fit the new Kallax base with feet on to the shelf.
Since the outer boards are slightly thinner on the Kallax than on the Expedit, the Kallax base is about 2 cm shorter, meaning the feet insert doesn't match up.
I modelled the feet insert to have the screw hole offset. this worked perfectly to allow us to use the Kallax base with our Expedit shelf.
