Tinkercad design: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/irubxBwPNwF-cable-cinch-clip-micro-2
I have purchased replacement cables for my IEMs, but not all come with the cinch or clip that sets the chin position or cable tension.
This is my "micro" design, ideal for very thin wires. See photos for reference, including one with a AAA battery for size comparison.
I will likely add a "standard" sized option as well at some point. But for now, you should be able to scale its size with your 3D printer software.
This is my design, but most of the credit goes to Tinkercad and the community user that created the object named "clip". I duplicated that part and flipped the copy, then adjusted the size to my needs, then grouped and exported the stl. I used MeshMixer to "reduce" the mesh, i.e. reducing the number of triangles, and thus size of the stl file.
