I have purchased replacement cables for my IEMs, but not all come with the cinch or clip that sets the chin position or cable tension.
This is my "standard" sized option. A micro version, for very thin wires, is available at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6807343. You should be able to scale either clip's size with your 3D printer software.
This is my design, but most of the credit goes to Tinkercad and the community user that created the object named "clip". I duplicated that part and flipped the copy, then adjusted the size to my needs, then grouped and exported the stl.
