I couldn't find a suitable fan duct online to suit my 3D printer so a designed one. It is designed to fit an Ideawerk 3D printer.There 2 STL files one for the duct and one for the bracket.
It uses a 40mm 12vdc fan connected to the existing extruder fan wiring.
Print one of each file with no supports required. Print the fan duct with the fan mount on the bottom and the bracket with the longest flat side on the bottom.
When putting it together the bracket mounts between the fan and duct. It is them mounted to the printer using 2 of the existing screws, connect the fan wiring first. The duct must be positioned so that it has clearance between the extruder block and the duct otherwise you will melt it (see last photo).
