Appearing in this format in the 60's, many of the integrated circuits that we are still called to use are still in the good old DIL (or DIP, CERDIP, SPDIP,..) package.
We use them in this form because in the case for example optocouplers or transceivers, they are placed on support and their replacement is easy.
A small circuit easy to make on a prototype board will be even more if the components are in the traditional format.
Unfortunately, the storage of these components is delicate and often we have a hard job to do, straighten all the legs of the component we want to use.
So I designed this tool that allows in a split second to straighten all the pins of these precious components.

ABEC1 is enought for this application but if you want a rollroyce, you can use grade ABEC5 or more...

You need 3 wood screws M2.6mm x 8 like theses
