My original 'swivel' part of my IBM PS/2 VGA monitor was damaged as the plastic was brittle and all but one of the plastic hooks was missing.
A good friend of mine skilled with 3D design replicated it in Solidworks for 3D printing. It fits my 8513 VGA monitor perfectly and seems plenty strong enough when printed with PLA. I printed the model vertically and used tree supports on my Ender 3 with good results.
This may even fit other IBM PS/2 monitors of a similar vintage, please post a make or a comment if you find this useful.
