Summary

I designed this to keep in the spirit of the cheapest e-bike on the market.
a $15 replacement kickstand was out of the budget so a few minutes designing and a little bit of print time and voila! we have a solution for that doomed factory kickstand.

You will need an m3x10..? screw and nut to tension the collar on, another alternative would be to glue the shim directly to the kickstand the problem would be replacing if it breaks.

Install should be pretty straight forward... put the shim on the front of the kickstand where the plastic is wearing, then place the collar around it and screw it tight so the shim stays in place.

I printed in PETG but if i had TPU ready to go I would print the shim with that. Collar is fine with PETG.

I've got some use on this and once the shim settles into the divet that is on the plastic kickstand the risk of snapping it is almost eliminated...

All in all i'm happy with the end result and hope someone can get some use out of it as i have now officially doubled my time into this repair with the upload to thingiverse.
