I've designed these 2 components for anyone who'd like to build their hydroponics completely out of 3d print. The sump takes the most amount of space in the 3d printer scaled at 200mm x 200mm x 227mm. The lid includes a hole with a perfect fit for a water pump cable.
For the rest of the components it can either be found from the remake of this design or from my previous creation where it is reduced to 50% scale: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6775720
(To make it normal size increase the scale back to 150%)
To ensure a longer lasting hydroponic system, using PETG for 3D printing is a solid choice due to its durability, water resistance, and chemical stability.
Cura PETG print settings:
Nozzle temperature: 240 Celsius ensures proper layer adhesion and smooth printing.
Build plate temperature: 80 Celsius helps prevent warping and ensures a stable foundation during printing.
