This a Hydraulic Powered Robotic Arm. It is powered using 10ml syringes.

You will need a block of wood measuring 11.25"x11.25"x.75" for the base. You will also need a variety of dowel rods measuring .5", .75", .25", .375", and .75" to connect all the pieces together along with a few rubber bands.

For tubing I suggest an airline tubing that is relatively stiff. Flexible tubing doesn't work quite as well.
