The file 'Hush-98 Jedi Comlink 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 848.9KB.
Here is my first movie prop made from scratch--the Jedi Comlink. Just eyeballed it using visual dictionary photos, so scale and dimensions may not be accurate but I think it looks ok. Tried to make buttons separate for better visual quality.
All parts should be oriented ready to print. (Comms array 1 needs to be flipped over)
Update 4/1/2019: made antennae lay flat for sturdiness and scaled down a bit to fit the holes, so print horizontally.
Bent tab on back is just bent and glued down at the angle.
Use supports for body, microphone, and rear round.
Rear square panel is just glued to the back.
There's a third "tridial" needed for the rear, just forgot to include it in the diagram picture.
Update 7/20/19
Added a new "Comms Array" module for an alternate version of the prop as used by Qui-Gon. The new parts have "Comms Array" in the filename. Print the antennae lying down, and both comms array 1 & 2 should be printed flat side down. Refer to photo for their proper placement.
Please let me know what you think!
