The file 'Hurricane Lantern 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 194.6KB.
This hurricane lantern has been scaled down to fit the size of a 5MM LED to act as the globe/glass. The wires extend out the bottom of the model for you to attach to a coin cell battery or other power source.
Since there isn't much surface area (especially with the top), you should print a few lines of a brim for better adhesion.
The holes in the base and top are designed for 1.5 mm diameter wire (approximately 25 mm for each bar). A wire works far better than a printed part because it's difficult to get something that thin and unbreakable. And it's also much easier to assemble and paint with the flexibility of the wire instead of rigid plastic pieces.
In my opinion, the best bulb to use is a 5mm yellow flicker (not flashing) LED. This will give the effect of a dancing flame.
