This is my first upload, one of the first things I printed with my 2 months old Ender Pro, so I don't know ALL the things I should write here..

It SHOULD be right size now. Thank you n30g30 for telling me how to resize the STL-file.
Best result comes (what I tested) when you print it in a way that the tailbone touches the printing surface and the support is tree support. So hands and legs go upwards but not in too steep angle.

Final image is my recommended angle to print the figure. But Im so n00b in this 3D-printing that you might find WAY better solutions for end result.
