MRI Scanned Human Brain

An .stl conversion of a real human brain from a high-quality MRI structural scan. Cleaned and converted with 3D Slicer from www.slicer.org.

Whose brain, you ask? Mine! Collected as part of pilot testing parameters for a study. So, theoretically, I have full rights to distribute this scan.

Included are the following files:

  • The full, unedited brain
  • The brain split in half along the hemispheres
  • Files for each individual half.
