I ender up changing things a bit in Original design.
-Lever radius is down to 8mm.
-The shifter adaper is smaller and uses furniture type 5mm screw used to join together two cabinets. This should make it bit stiffer. Screw needs to be filed down on the sides to look like a "T". New wingnut needed for 4mm screw.
-It also takes 3mm screw as a second one instead of 2x5mm - that should be enough.
Since I'm using brake levers with horizontal pull levers I had to move the body down a bit. Main 5mm screw hole is 25mm from the top of the lever. 3mm hole is around 45mm.
Levers bought on aliexpress for around $10 each.
I decided to use old mount point to attach cable to it. You can reuse 5mm wingnut with it.
Mount point need to be adjusted to your angles - just rotate the bose and cut the mounting piece with it.
