I wanted a stand for my Huawei Watch 2, but I didn't see any I liked. I've printed Apple Watch stands for friends and chose this one:

I was influenced by this design in my implementation so thanks go to @GiantBrain!
UPDATE: I fixed a problem where the watch band part of the watch would prevent the watch from getting close enough to the contacts for the charger. I moved the backing out 2 mm so that charger is offset from the face a bit. I use a piece of two sided tape to hold the charger in the stand now. I also cleaned up the lower portion of the charger so the cable is more covered. See updated pictures and download new STL if you've already downloaded it.
This stand doesn't work with the Huawei Watch 2 Sport as it has a slightly different shape.
