I needed a simple, yet very durable hose clamp for mounting a pump hose to our Intex pool.
Use a M6 screw and nut to secure everything in place.
I have it printed in white PETG. Nylon, ASA and Colorfabb XT would probably work good, too. ABS could get brittle over direct sunlight. PLA should work too as the model is really thick, but can absorb water or deform on hot weather.
Two versions: 70mm inner diameter and 34.5mm inner diameter
Screw diameter: 6.3mm for tolerances
