I printed it without supports, just use Rafts
It fits into a hole in the head model.
Scale the same percentage as your noodle dragon head. I made it 5% bigger than head and it is still a loose fit. So feel free to scale even more than your head.
if you really want you can just use it to glue it to a headband and use for your own cosplay needs.
Mirror the horn to get another horn.
