Summary

The Bourbon Arctic and Horizon Arctic are two highly specialized offshore support vessels designed to operate in harsh Arctic conditions, providing various services to the oil and gas industry.

This is an ocean diorama I've made by using my own 1m 3d printable model of the vessels.

Bourbon Arctic:
Type: Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) Vessel
Owner/Operator: Bourbon Offshore
Built: 2016
Capabilities: The Bourbon Arctic is designed for anchor handling, towing, and supply operations in Arctic regions. It is one of the most powerful AHTS vessels, with a bollard pull of around 307 metric tons. The vessel is equipped to handle extreme conditions, including ice-covered waters, and has advanced dynamic positioning systems (DP2). It also has facilities to accommodate up to 60 persons, making it suitable for extended offshore missions.
Horizon Arctic:
Type: Multipurpose Offshore Vessel (MPSV)
Owner/Operator: Horizon Maritime
Built: 2016
Capabilities: The Horizon Arctic is a highly versatile vessel designed to support various offshore activities, including subsea construction, inspection, maintenance, and repair (IMR), as well as ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicle) operations. It has a powerful DP3 dynamic positioning system, allowing it to maintain a stable position even in challenging sea conditions. The vessel is equipped with a large deck area, heavy-lift cranes, and facilities for accommodating up to 120 personnel.
Both vessels are state-of-the-art, designed to operate in some of the most demanding environments on the planet, ensuring safe and efficient support for offshore operations.
