I made a tablet stand that clips to the top of the Horizon 7.0 AT treadmill (2020 year model). I wanted something that held my tablet a little higher and now this allows me to see the screen while I'm using my tablet.
Picture is with a Galaxy Tab S8, so it should be fine for an iPad or other similar sized tablets.
The holders seem to stay in place pretty well on their own, but for a more secure fit you could use some double sided VHB tape.
