Not technically a "remix" since I started from a blank canvas, but this was inspired by TechEdFireman's version listed as the source.
TechEdFireman's version was too loose for my fork so mine is a little shorter and more narrow. My interior dimensions should be 3mm (L) x 70mm (W) x 55mm (H). It fits my fork snug enough to stay on.
