Experimental. Interested in the research about the maternal effect and small scale queen rearing without grafting. Testing in a colony at the moment.

A modular system for raising honey bee queens comprising:
Egg laying cage (to attach inside an empty brood frame)
Queen includer slide-in lid
Queen cells (x20 required)
Cell holders to fit to frame (attach with frame nails - only 4-6 needed per strip)
Holes for cells in cell holder are slightly over size (16.2mm vs 16mm) to compensate for filament squish during printing.
Cells fit Nicot hair roller cages.
