This was designed to hold the steering fluid low pressure return line for a 2004 Honda Accord. The pipe size is 10mm O.D. This is not a copy of the original. It is an improvement. Extra material was added where the OEM version would break.

It snaps into factory made holes in frame and also snaps down onto pipe.
