Replica of the headlight and gauges housing for an old Honda Trail 90 motorcycle.

I finally got back around to this project, decided that I wanted to fully redesign the housing now that I'm much more proficient in CAD.
Updated files are on printables, stl, step, 3mf and f3d files all included.

I haven't yet printed and fit to the motorcycle yet, but this new design should be much more accurate to the original with some very minor changes to aid in printing.

I've un-marked this as a work in progress, while it's possible I may update something based on the actual print it's unlikely.

This is a replica of the headlight housing for an old Honda Trail 90 motorcycle. This model is not an exact copy of the original part, but it is a pretty close replacement. I have printed out the part, but have not yet fitted it to the bike. I'll update this once I know.

I designed the part with the largest hole (headlight hole) down on the build plate. However, I found that printing worked better (with less supports) when I printed it with the gauge hole face down. To do this, I rotated the part in my slicer -116.0 degrees along the x axis.

I printed this at 0.25 layer height. Again, I will update in the future once I know that the part fits.
