Several years ago I designed a replacement headlight housing for a Trail 90, I decided I wanted to fully redesign the housing now that I'm much more proficient in CAD.
stl, step, 3mf and f3d files all included.
I haven't yet printed and fit to the motorcycle yet, but this new design should be much more accurate to the original than my previous design with some very minor changes to aid in printing.
While it's possible I may update something based on the actual print it's unlikely.
