I am so thankfully for the thingiverse so I would like to share my solutions for technical problems. A friend gave me a broken keyfob for a Honda Civic from the 90s (maybe early 2000s?). I decided to make a soft cover istead of trying to replace the broken parts. I 3D scanned the keyfob itself and then made a guarding cover with the offset function. Finally I cut down the bottom virtually for the IR light to come out and a hole for the button. I 3D printed with FDM printer from TPU and with SLA printed from FLEX material. Both are fit very well. The keyfob doesn't want to fall out. The surface of TPU is not that smooth. SLA has a much better surface but flexible material has a unique touch I don't like too much. (It feels like it's dirty for me.)
