Not the perfect design, I'm brand new to this and created this in Tinkercad. With that being said, I am working on a better one in Blender. Use LOT's of supports, as the cape is very difficult to print correctly. Therefor I added a file with built in support I have found to help (still use generated supports with this file.) Be careful where the model is attached to the base, it's not at it's strongest until it's all assembled. Print it fine and print it slow. I printed this with PLA at 0.8mm and speed was 25ms. I'm sure you can go a little faster to save time, but I had the time to waste.
LIGHTS - The slot on the bottom is fitted for LED lights I got off of Amazon. These are the ones I got but I'm sure similar ones will fit - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MU2LE57/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
*I found hot gluing the lights into the ball of the stand to be very helpful
Primer - Almost any will do.
Paint - I used cheap paints from a craft store.
Webbing - I used a hot glue gun to create the webbing on the stand.
Nail - There is a slot for the nail to fit in his hand I suggest using glue to help it stay in.
