The file 'Hollow Ember Link Horns 3D Printer Model' is (stl, pdf) file type, size is 11.3MB.
This is part of my Ember Link Cosplay that I designed in Blender. I am not that great at texturizing, but it does have a little bit of a sculpt on it for the scaly pattern. The main thing I wanted to accomplish was getting lights on the inside.
I ended up printing each horn in two halves (mirror for the other horn) at 0.2mm with supports. The inside is lined with shipping foam and then a wire with a few LED lights (7 red, and 1 yellow at the tips). One 9v with a switch goes around to the back of the headdress.
It was printed with translucent clear, considerable sanding and finished with light brushing of white acrylic and mod podge.
The rest of the headdress is a mix of craft foam, moldable foam, felt, acrylic paint, and a LOT of bobs glue and hot glue.
I have a pretty small head, so you may want to resize.
9.13.23 edit: added the templates I made for my ember link tabard pieces, part A and B of one long photo, so there's a little overlap. I printed them full size on regular letter paper. Then used them to cut them out of Eva foam. Beveled the edges, heat sealed, and painted them with acrylics and mod podge.
