This is a 1/2" spacer for punching six holes for the 6-hole North American version of this face shield visor design:

It fits my Swingline puncher, and may fit others if the part below the clip is shortened.
This should print with the clip on the bottom, then flipped as shown to install.
To install, clip it on the left edge vertical sheet metal part that the arrow points to: it's what you hold your material against for punching.
