I created this print test to check how big the holes, in my 3D designs, have to be to fit a M3 screw.
This print can help you decide on how big you want your hole diameter to be.
For me; M3 screws fit very smooth throw the 3.4mm hole and by screwing them in the 2.9 hole I can get some excellent threads that hold the screw in place perfect.
If the diameter of your holes are way off in comparison to the printed part, I would suggest tuning your horizontal expansion for holes or your flow rate (this print is not designed to do that)
