This is a model motel chair in the style of Solair. The examples in the picture are HO scale. You could definitely print them larger, but probably not smaller.
I modeled these in full scale. For an HO print I scale them in the slicer to 11.49% (or 1149% if the slicer resizes them). They were printed in resin. Position them upside-down in the slicer, tilt them slightly so the legs aren't parallel to the bed, and add a few supports to the rim of the chair.
