Building a quadcopter around the HJ-X330 frame. Had to deviate from the instructions that came with a frame, and assemble the base "upside down". Since I can no longer mount the battery in intended way, I designed this box to hold it underneath the quad.
At the time of writing, this box accomodates a 3S 2200mAh LiPo battery of 35.2 by 106 by 28.7 millimiters in dimensions. I made 4 pins near the one end, so I could design a snap-on cover for it later.
Screw hats stick out a little bit inside the battery compartment, but mine is bloated enough already to not touch those.
