This part was made by me to repair a Tefal ELEA ZE4001 juicer.
The hinge of the upper lid latch broke and needed to be replaced.
The model was created based on the original part and works well. This spare part also fits the Tefal ELEA ZE6001 and ZE7001.
You may need to adjust the dimensions to account for plastic shrinkage. This can be easily done by simple scaling since the changes are minimal.
I made this part from PET-G and nylon.
Nozzle: 0.4mm, layer height: 0.1mm.
For PET-G, the nozzle temperature should be 225-240°C, with a bed temperature of 85°C.
For nylon, use the manufacturer’s recommended settings.
Post-processing:
It’s important to thoroughly remove the supports, especially from the elements that will be inserted into the latch grooves to allow it to rotate.
