EN: KLT drawer hinge with original design. An alternative to the factory hinge with a latch. The hinge prevents accidental detachment of the lid from the drawer.

Material: PETG or other resilient plastic.

For assembly, in addition to the printed model, you need a cotter pin d=2,3 (2,5) mm (GOST 397-79/ISO 1234/DIN 94) for final fixation of the hinge.

Assembly procedure: 1) Unclamp the hinge and insert it into the holes of the drawer and the lid (simultaneously or in turn). 2) Compress the hinge (so that its 3 holes are aligned) and secure with a cotter pin.

The .STL model is also accompanied by a .SLDPRT source file (SolidWorks 2020).
