The file 'High Resolution Herringbone Gears For Greg’s Wade Reloaded Extruder. 3D Printer Model' is (scad, stl, inc) file type, size is 467.7KB.
Dimensionally the gears are identical to Stoffel15's herringbone/fishbone gears and still a 9:47 ratio. The only changes are a larger number of facets/faces on the parts. So when printed at very high resolution or scaled up, the sides of any circles will not be as visible. I made some minor changes to the scad files to that others could easily change the resolution on there own gears.
Originally I got the files from Lulzbot (http://download.lulzbot.com/AO-101/hardware/printed_parts/source/), but I think those files were derived from Stoffel15's, jonaskueling's, and Greg Frost's work.
For the pictures of the printed small herringbone gear I used the original unedited file I downloaded to create a low res stl. For both the low res and high res prints are using the same slic3r configs. The reason for the waviness on the low res gear is the speed that the gear were printed at at lower speeds the low res gear does not look as wazy but still has noticeable number of "sides". Where as with the high res gear, high speeds did not really affect the quality.
