Summary

Avionics Bay designed for a 98mm airframe using LOC cardboard airframe tube and LOC "stiffy" coupler tube. Other airframe or coupler sizes or materials will require adaptation.

Airframe Anchors: (optional) used to anchor M3 screws for attaching the avionics coupler to the payload airframe. Epoxy to inside of coupler tube.

AltimeterSled: Altimeter sled is designed for two (2) Eggtimer Quantum WiFi enabled altimeters and two (2) Venom 7.4V 430 mAh LiPo batteries. Sled will support other altimeters, flight computers, and batteries with adaptation.

BattRetainer: Battery strap to secure batteries in place.

BlkheadDrogue: Stepped coupler bulkhead for the drogue end of the bay. Designed for redundant 3 gram aluminum charge wells and custom through-bulkhead style terminal posts.

BlkheadMain: Stepped coupler bulkhead for the drogue end of the bay. Designed for redundant 3 gram aluminum charge wells and custom through-bulkhead style terminal posts.

CameraSled: Sled designed for RunCam Split 3 Lite 255, Turnigy 7.4V 800 mAh LiPo, and standard screw switch. Other components will require adaptation. Use M3 heat set inserts to accept M3 button head screws at the sled ends to secure to sled clips (see below).

CamLenseMount: Secures Split 3 lense to sled.

CamLenseProtector: Strengthens Split 3 lense to lense board connection.

CamTubeClipDrogue: This clip should be epoxied to the inside of the coupler tube at the drogue end. Uses M3 button head screws to secure to Camera Sled.

CamTubeClipMain: This clip should be epoxied to the inside of the coupler tube at the drogue end. Uses M3 button head screws to secure to Camera Sled.

SwitchBand: Switch band designed to fit around 98mm LOC stiffy coupler. Faring designed for RunCam Split 3 Lite 255 lense. Switch band includes hole for access to screw switch and three (3) static pressure ports sized for the specific coupler volume and Eggtimer Quantums. Other coupler volumes and/or electronics may require adaptation.
