After trying some fragile door latches, i build myself one power one, virtually unbreakable, you can use on that door, on the cabinet, outdoors.
Best used for heavy doors, cabinet that you really need closed with some resistance to open
Its necessary to glue a piece of rubber or leather on the body as showed on the picture to avoid any "snap" sound of the latch
the retention pin had two different orientations, use the most suitable for the task
I tried ABS filament but PLA are also good.
its nice using 20% infil only, its better to print the "body" part on the "horizontal" makes stronger prints that way
