Summary

Especially recommendable when additonal fans are installed or a fan mod was made.

Hi folks!

Another upgrade item for your Replicator-like 3D printer. These are high feets for the lower corners of your 3d printer.
It is a remix of the basic version.

... better printable threads with less overhang.
... thicker walls, so they make a tight fit without breaking while installing.
... higher than the original for (silent) fan upgrade (which need a higher printer in general). See the picture above looking underneath the printer. The 4 additional fans need space to breath. The feets raise your printer by 20mm, for fan mods with fans up to 25mm (1 inch) thick.
... optional printable bumper for the screw (flexible filament needed, f.e. TPU). I think about to make another bumper for the high feets. Let me know if you need some!
... I recommend to install some soft bumpers (like fabric) on the bottom of the high feets and on the screw (if you have no flexible filaments), to reduce the translation of shaking to the table/cupboard.

I strongly recommend to print just one of these screwable feets and make the other 3 feets static, like in the "feet_set_recommended.stl" file. Because of simple math, 3 feets define a plane, the 4th feet is the "bad one" which is causing the wobbling/tilt of the whole printer. So only one need to be adjustable. I recommend to install the screwable feet at the front, not like me on the back, because most of the weight is on the back, so adjustments are easier when installed on the front.
But it's up to you, if you want to print 4 screwable feets then "just do it". ;)

Have fun.

NOTE
If your screwable feet is much to tight add some PTFE/Teflon lubrication OR resize the x- and y-axis of the screwable feet in your Slicer Software. Try something like 99% or 98%. Do not rescale the z-axis (height)!
The screwable feet is a tight fit with ~0.3mm space between outer and inner thread.
