I loved the idea of the barrel shroud from @Ambeos5, but I wanted something a little more solid. Should be a loose/snug fit around the barrel, I intentionally left it a little short to reduce the chances of it getting blasted apart. Once I get it to where I want it, I will be adding/updating the files.
NOTE
You'll have to remove the bottom rail, but in my opinion it looked like garbage anyway and mine was slightly curved upwards; I guess our guns really are a reflection of their owner...
Anyway, to remove the bottom rail you need to remove the stock from the riffle, so it's just the stock. Next, loosen/remove the forward most screw in the stock (the screw closest to the end of the barrel) and the rail should slide up and out of the stock.

Added a new version with stronger walls and new mounting holes. I just drilled and added some heat set threaded inserts. ALSO! Now it has a picatinny rail mount. So far it feels solid, and looks awesome. I'm working on a version that includes a threaded attachment for various accessories; flash suppressors, muzzle breaks, hush-hush devices, you name it!
