I designed this enclosure as a test of the Creality CR-10 V2 printer.

For best results, let this project be a test of your patience and slice it with as much infill as possible; upwards of 100%. Also, consider using PETG. (With PLA, the vent tends to flex quite a bit and make a creaking / buzzing noise at high pressure levels.) For real world everyday use, the vent should be supported at both ends, so I also designed an optional port brace that can be glued in between the unsupported end of the vent, and the inner wall of the enclosure. Also, I encourage everyone to experiment with different "grippy" materials for the corner protectors. If they're made with PLA, the enclosure WILL slide around the vehicle.
Cheers!
