use OpenScad, open bitstorage.scad and change the parameters:

x-Dimension
y-Dimension
height
Columns and rows for bits
corner radius - same x- and y-dimension and set corner radius to half of x-dimension to get a round inlay
sides of bit hole - 6 for hex bit or 100 for round holes
bit diameter - 7.5 should fit for hex bit
bit hole deepness

When done → render (f6) → export stl → print
 

To make sure the bit fits properly print a test with small dimension like 15 x 15mm and only 1 row and 1 column. If the bits fits to tight increase the value to 7.6 or 7.7 in bit diameter. Otherwise reduce if the bit is too lose.
