I bought a set of hex drills from 6.5mm-1.5mm, they were very cheap and had no case.
So I designed this one, the target is compact, easy access by the small electrical screw driver, accommodate the big tolerance of the cheap hex bits.
I printed it with TPU, and turns out great. The friction for the drills are just right.
Note that the design is meant for flexible material. The retainer clip would be too stiff if printed with PLA, and the clearance for the fit friction would be different.
Set support angle to 89 degrees, printed it with 215°C, 3 walls, 80% or more infills.
After printing the two parts of the case and put them together, cut 95.5mm PLA fillament as a hinge and insert it into the holes.
