It was sourced from the Heroscapers Index of 3D Printed Stl Files and republished here for posterity.

I recommend multiplying the model in your favorite slicer and printing 3 of them at once to complete the set included with Battle for the Underdark. You can even print up to 6 if you're interested in recreating tournament maps such as the ones used in GenCon.
