If you don't have enclosure yet and want a really good looking and rigid DIY one:
This is a nice add-on for your 3D printer enclosure. This files contains parts needed to build wall/panel-mount HEPA + active carbon filter. It's designed to fit 120x120x25mm (standard 120mm) fan.

It should fit on 3mm wall or thicker :) You need cutout for wall in size of hepa filter and 8 holes for screws.
