This is my take on Traiphum Prungtaengkit's Helicptrahedron, a tetrahedral shape transformation of Tom Van Der Zanden's Curvy Copter. This puzzle was printed on a Printrbot Simple Metal in Black PLA, then sanded and polished. I hand-cut the stickers myself.
Let me know what you think! I tried a CMYK-type color scheme, unintentionally making the puzzle look like an easter egg. Turning is fine, I could have done some more sanding on the inside for sure. It's also quite large, with and edge length of 100mm. I'll soon make a (predictable) hybrid variation of this puzzle. Any guesses as to what it will be?
