Made arrow vanes/fletchers that can be printed in vase mode that slides on to a 8mm wood dowel or pipe.
Also made an arrow tip that can be pushed on to the top.
Have gone throu multiple iterations and recorded the arrows in mid air in slowmotion to get the best stability of the arrow.
Tried many different shapes and twist angles and the three best ones is in this package.
If you want more accuracy then print the fletchers in 130% Z-scale.
Another thing to make them even more accurat is to make them a bit front heavy, like pushing in hot glue in the front of the pipe or a nail inside of the wooden dowel behind the tip. Both these modifications will result in almost negligible speed drop.
Recommended items needed:
1x 8mm dowel or pipe between 50-60cm long
1x Tejp is optional but should not be needed because of the tight fit.
Print fletchers in vase mode with a brim and the tip with 100% infill.
I used PLA+ and they hold up surprisingly well.
