The file 'Heart Pulse 3D Printer Model' is (stl) file type, size is 25.8MB.
A Heart within a Heart. An abstract sculpture of a heart and veins feeding the heart of Love. There is a hollow heart and veins inside the main heart shape.
It is designed to print without supports. If you collect or download, please "Like".
Print at the highest resolution settings on your printer for the best results. I have printed out an example; see the photo - the resin didn't quite get to the end of the tendrils, so I updated the model.
Update: Mar 9, 2023 - increased the size of the internal structures.
Instructions:
Print with clear resin or filament.
Epoxy Approach:
Mix enough of the two-part epoxy resin/glue for 4 minutes. Then add red dye and mix thoroughly again. (Avoid the 5-minute epoxy - it will probably set up too quickly). If you use an FDM printer - 5-minute epoxy may be exactly what you want because FDM print will probably leak the resin.
Fill the hollow using the holes in the back of the heart with red epoxy resin. A syringe will be helpful for this. Don't initially fill all the way. Tilt the model around to remove air bubbles and ensure the epoxy resin gets into all the cavities. Finish filling the holes almost to the top. Fill the holes with transparent glue (UV craft glue). Position the model so that it cures the epoxy resin without any escaping.
Dye approach:
You might use red dye. If you use dye, - use just enough dye to stain the inside structures and then drain, leaving fluid inside the structure could cause long-term damage to the structure.
Enjoy!
