I love the model by UrbanAtWork here: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:662447 but I wanted to be able to spin the gears easier so I made the corner open so that you can fidget to your heart's desire. (Get it? Heart's desire? It is in the shape of a heart?)
There is also a version where the gears are all twisty.
